Tescos have brought out a Christmassy Cath Kidston recycled plastic bottle eco-friendly grocery bag! After the last giveaway I had was so popular I thought I'd better do another, and this time open it all and sundry. Even you lot living within a sneeze of Tescos (that whinged and whined about being left out last time). So, this time we have 1 x christmassy Cath Kidston bag, some christmassy ribbon (9m in total), some felt snowflakes for you to applique onto stuff and get you feeling all festive, a jingly bell (tie it to the cat's tail for hours of amusement), and no doubt some chocolate (it's not Christmas without chocolate) all stuffed into a stocking made by moi out of Cath Kidston and Boden fabrics. Hoorah!!!!
Leave a comment on this post telling me why you love Christmas so much for the next week and I'll announce a winner next Thursday (the 20th).
If you hate Christmas, leave me a comment too, I'll still enter you...and I'll send you a stick to poke Carol Singers with if you win (or something).
Good luck!!!

I love the stocking you made. What a super generous giveaway! I love the anticipation of the holiday. Getting ready, baking cookies, sewing gifts. In fact, I like the build up even more than the actual holiday itself. I also love staring at our tree. I get up early and sip coffee and stare at it most mornings. That's saying a lot for someone who is NOT a morning person.
Me me me me me me!!!!!!!! Pick me! I love the stocking and the bag is unbelievably cute!
Christmas...I love christmas-lights, buying and/or making presents for the people I love <3
I love all the preparations, and more than anything I love to see my children being treated like royalty by the rest of the family :)
I love what you are giving away! I too love all the build up and preparation - the baking and planning, the Christmas tree and mulled wine... I could go on and on!
What a great giveaway (pick me!)I love that stocking! I wish I had a Tesco over here because that bag is so cute! I think one of the best things about Christmastime is getting the tree in (we can hack our own tree here in Norway, still have to pay for it though...)and decorating it with the children. And I also love the evening before Christmas when we give each other presents. Nicole (polka dot bunny)
wow, that looks so lovely, I love christmas because it just an other good reason to get crafting and sewing.....
what I love about Christmas is gorgeous wrapping paper, cards and tags. I love this kind of stuff and every year I buy way too much.
Last year I was missing the Christmas spirit big time. I hope this year that it will come back - these freebie's would definitely help though :o)

P.S. If I don't win, I'll happily take the poking stick!
I love Christmas, the colors, the decorations, the "nice-ness", the food, the freindly gatherings...but I HATE the commercialism of it! I hate to see people spend tons of money on their kids, the kids get greedier, aren't happy with what they get...I don't see it ever happening, but I would love to see us get back to the basics and the true spirit of giving and receiving gifts.
I like the anticipation even if it is so happily difficult to wait and give goodies and presents to everyone. I like the idea of making special things for people that don't even expect to get them. That's especially fun.
Love the giveaway ~ talk about anticipation ! :0)

You sure know how to give away !!!What I love about Christmas is getting together with family and friends. Of course all the crafts to be done. And so much more...It is my favorite time.
PLEASE pick me, I love Christmas so much, spending time with people you love, celebrating the birth of Jesus, I'm catholic so the religion side is very important to me and I can't wait until C is old enough to go to Midnight Mass. Lots of pretty, sparkly decorations, candles, yummy food, making presents, and general goodwill to all. I love to see the looks on peoples faces when I give them my gifts! I just love to make people happy and Christmas is the best time!
April xx
There is just so much to at Christmas, friends p[arties family gatherings as well aas the making and sharing of presents. I love to cook when it's christmas be it the pudding, mince tarts or a cake. Please enter me into your drawing for the lovely bag and the stocking
i'm ambivalent about christmas. i mostly don't look forward to it because we have to spend time with certain family members i'd rather avoid; and it's usually always on their terms. but i love the spirit of giving and making things for those whom i love.
Ooh fab ! Count me in ...
Can I just say I think little Gingers hair is the absolutely FANTASTIC !!
Ok, What do I love about Xmas ? The anticipation of snow, all the fairy lights, dark evenings curled up watching christmas films by Xmas tree lights - mainly the Grinch.
x
What's not to love about Christmas? It's just fab in every way. I love the fact that (almost) everybody you meet is focussing on the same thing. A real coming together of people. There's also the making nice things to eat and making the house look totally OTT with decs. The giving of prezzies (and receiving a few). Here's to tasteless tat on the tree and too much to eat and drink!!!
Oh, please count me in!
I love seeing the extreme excitement on my boys faces on Christmas morning! Then seeing my youngest hiding behind the couch eating the chocolate coins at 6am!It's a wonderful time of the year.
Pick me! Kathryn. XX
OOh! I love the stocking it looks fab..do tell where you get your Boden fabric or is it top-secret??
I love the being together with family and friends at Christmas and spending time preparing food, presents and sharing the Christmas spirit!!
I love Christmas. I start listening to the music about now. I love the expectancy and the quietness of the season.
What a giveaway Katy!!! Seeing I was a winner in the last giveaway, I will sit out. But I will share what I LOVE about Christmas. Fairy lights, being with my family, fairy lights, the glittery decorations, the fairy lights, the food (turkey, yum), the fairy lights, mah jong sessions, the fairy lights, the boxing day test, the fairy lights, planning and making stuff for those I love and the fairy lights.... Donnie and I are very fond of the twinklely little lights and for the month of December it is the main form of lighting to be found at her house....
such a sweet stocking! and ooo the bag is scrumptious!!!
well why i love xmas....i love being able to watch all my old movies with my teenage daughter(think white christmas), listening to xmas music starting on nov. 1!!, the feeling that everyone just wants to get along (if only for a little while), all the fun decorations, COOKIES!!!!, baking, buying and making pressies for the people i love. hows that???
I love christmas because I love receiving and giving christmas presents I also love the songs!!! :D
I Love Christmas with all the decorating, and the house smells so good from all the cooking and baking.
Janie
What a great giveaway! Please count me in...What do I love about Christmas...watching my little kids get excited about new pressies, giving gifts, baking, decorations, lights but most of all time with family!
I love everything about Christmas, buying the presents, cooking, carols by candlelight, the kids faces on Christmas day. I can't wait
Hi Katy,
I love christmas because it reminds me of sharing loving times with my family (also the not so loving times when everyone has had a few too many LOL)
great giveaway
Em
Christmas is great because you get to spend time with your family. The most important thing in my life. Merry Christmas everyone.
I love Christmas b/c this year for the first time in seven years I am going home with my immediate family to spend Christmas with my extended family.
In the sun. At the beach. Where it is hot. And doesn't rain! (obviously for any Australians reading this is a bad thing but after the last two years - for me it is VERY good!!)
pick me! I will bribe you with dairy free cookery if I win!
the best part of christmas is baking cookies, I love it when the house is filled with the smell of cinnamon and the sound of H evicerating his presents.. ahh heaven
YAY!!!! a giveaway!
I LOOOOOVE chrismas. In our house you aren't allowed to get dressed until you've sat and opened all your presents in your PJs.
I lvoe seeing all the family, eating far too much food and watching a rubbish tv movie in the afternoon while everyone else falls asleep. I love snow (when we get it), I love going to the christmas tree farm to choose the tree....what's not to love about it all?
What a gorgeous giveaway and such lovely fabrics! My favourite thing about christmas is the build up, when the christmas music comes on the radio and they start showing christmassy films on tv, because it means its nearly here!! X Gemma

I love Christmas because I get a break!!
Didnt know you could get Boden fabrics .. off to search t'internet!
Also I should win b/c our local Yucky Old Tesco hasn't stocked teh nice bags since the spotty/flowery ones. I know b/c I have checked OFTEN since I wasn't allowed to join in last time ;-)
Oooh pretty!
Why do I love christmas? I love christmas eve more than anything. I love watching my little niece getting excited about Father Christmas coming to visit. Washing her in the bath, putting clean jammies on and us all settling down as one big family to watch the snowman. The going to midnight mass. I love feeling the cold on my face when we all stop to chat outside church and love to see everyone so excited.
Ooh, what a fab giveaway! I love the anticipation of Christmas - I love putting up the decorations with the kids, I love seeing all the houses done up with pretty lights, and I love listening to my boys opening their stockings together on Christmas morning, hearing their excited voices even though they're trying not to be too noisy.
I love Christmas because I get to stuff myself senseless with chocolate and mince pies without feeling the least bit guilty. Oh yeah, and something about spending time with family or some other stuff like that....now....where did I put that Terry's Chocolate Orange??? :P
xMX
Now actually our Tescos doesn't have this particular bag in! We have had the other ones but not the xmas one. Pesky Tescos.
Right christmas.
I love love love christmas. I love all the cheesy songs, I love decorating the house, the pretty lights, the kids faces on christmas morning, the food, the drink. Honestly, I could go on for hours about how much I love christmas.
Thanks for the advice on Christmas fairs, I had thought along the pocket money priced decorations. Fabulous giveaway, I love the sparkle and twinkling fairy lights, warm yummy smells of baking and family around, oh and lots of lovely presents too!
Ooooooh, how exciting! All there is in Brizzle is a rubbish tesco extra where the alcoholics like to meet up so there are no Cath Kidston bags there :( I love the stocking, the fabrics are very prettyful indeed.
p.s. I completely forgot to ask- how was Ginge's birthday?
Honestly I don't love Christmas or hate it. I hate thinking about the work that must be done, I hate shopping and I hate all the money spent. Christmas itself is a wonderful day. It is all the preparation I hate. Well not hate -but dread. I have a hard time enjoying fall because I know it is coming - Christmas I mean.
Well now that I've spilled my guts. I want that prize!!! Lovely things. So cute.
Such an exciting giveaway! The thing I love the most about Christmas is sipping hot chocolate and watching my children contentedly enjoy every minute of it!
I start planning and crafting for Christmas on December 27. The best part is seeing the faces of family and friends as they open their special gifts.
I love Christmas!
Hi Katy,
I love the lights, music, making & buying presents, baking coookies, visiting family that live out of town & reading Christmas magazines for new ideas.
Love your giveaway!
I love Christmas because its the one time of year my family come together..eat too much, laugh too loud and sing even louder. We reminice about loved ones we have shared happy holidays with in the past who are no longer with us. We share our hopes and plans for the next year ahead. We just love to love..thats my Christmas. xx
Super giveaway. I love Christmas because of little children. It is such a magical time for them and seeing their faces full of anticipation and love is what it is all about.
I can't win cos I did recently but it looks like a fabbo giveaway - you ARE a generous soul!
I'll tell you some of what I love about Xmas anyway, just for fun
champagne and smoked salmon on xmas morning in my pyjamas (would do that every day if I could get away with it - though might make the school run somewhat challenging I suppose!) with the kids running around with their pressies being all excited...Oooooh, love it...
I love the time that is spent with the family and the pretty decorations.
well i don't really love christmas soooo much BUT i am feeling pretty festive already {probably due to making christmas ornaments and *accidently* eating the german gingerbread that i bought stupidly early!}
i'm so impressed with your christmas organisational skills - wow!!!
HI
What a lovely giveaway You are soo generous.
Ok so
I love christmas because it gives me the perfect excuse to
1. spoil my son without getting moaned at by hubby.
2. eat excessive amounts of yummy food without feeling guilty
3. make my hubby and my mother sit in the same room and eat a meal together hehehe.
And I'm sure there will be a few more things I'l think of over the festive season lol.
I love spending time with my family. I don't see them half as much as I would like to, but sharing Christmas with them is one of the joys.
Thanks for the fabulous giveaway!

Hi Katy, Thanks for stopping by my blog, I would leave it up all year but it is really hard to dust LOL. I would love to enter you giveaway, how beautiful, my favorite thing about christmas other the family, is the Music, I love christmas Music, makes me fell so happy!!
What a darling and generous giveaway! I love Christmas because of the feeling that it gives...just thinking about makes me feel good. It's nice to see people treating each other with love and kindness. Thanks for entering me! =)
Christmas giveaway! What generous! Thank you ^_^
Well, I love Christmas beacause it reminds me of my happy childhood, The whole family got together (about 20 people)!! We were like 9 kids and I always prepare some act: dancing, singing or whatever, to entertain the adults hahaha, the funny thing is that I made the other kids participate, we were rehearsing 1 or 2 weeks before christmas night. So funny! I remeber once we danced "Lambada" LOL
Thanks for this beautiful giveaway.
wow, what a gorgeous giveaway! I love everything that leads up to Christmas, family coming hom, days of cookie baking, decorating the house and tree and sewing and wrapping handmade presents.
I dont have a Teso around here, so I would love to win!
HI
What a great giveaway. I love Christmas because it brings the family together, and I realy love all the plannings, baking and shopping before.
Christmas had a whole new approach for my hisband and i when our daughter was more 6 weeks before her first Christmas! An early Christmas present for us both, so children and their faces, fun and enjoyment is what we like. So I would like to enter as I am a Cath Kidston fan and so is my Sophie!
XX
Gosh too many spelling mistakes in my last comment, sorry I am watching Children in Need on the TV and not paying attention to the key board. Sophie was born 6 weeks before her first Christmas. Well I think I had better on and have a lie down. So only one entry for me please. Thanks. XX
The day after when all the rushing about and hard work is over.
what I love about Christmas.....
having a full traditional lunck on Christmas day, in 100+ degree heat
whining children who NEVER get what they ask Santa for
buying my own present from DH, so I get what I want
....and the day after Christmas sale, when I get a head start on next year.
.....and the Tesco bag is to die for.....I'm a carrier bag tragic!! :>)
studio_fishy@y7mail.com
I love Christmas as my little dear is just at the age where Santa exists!
Vanessa x
I love Christmas because it seems to be the only time of year when we acquiesce to beauty, kindness, love. If we could remember to do this throughout the year, it would be Christmas every day--isn't this the message of the mystics?
Lynne
HI Katy, everyone loves a freebie don't they? Me included:) I love christmas just to spend time with my family with no distractions - simple as that!
I must admit I would love to experience a white christmas...its often about 30 degrees here and you just can't bake in that kind of weather so we are forced to enjoy salads and cold meats - traditonal fare, just once would be nice!
I love Christmas because I get to go home and spend time with my family.
I just do! I love the smells, the lights, the excitement of the kids, everything about Christmas :)
I love that Cath Kidston bag! I enjoy the Christmas preparations, choosing what to make people, spending quality crafting time and most of all forgetting about the diet for a week or two!
What a generous giveaway but if I win I'll definately need the stick!!
I always find Christmas bittersweet. Although it's a time for family togetherness, there are key people who are missing - though never far from our hearts and minds.
DD was conceived on Xmas Day 2003 so I'm always grateful when I look at her!!
I do love wrapping the pressies and seeing the kids faces when they see them all piled high. Oh - and Xmas cake and mince pies - yum yum!!
I love Christmas! Not the fuss people get into about presents but the family dinner and the lights and silly songs. And I love the stocking and the bag. I've just gotten into Cath Kidston and this would be so cool to win!
The stocking is amazing! Whoever wins it is very very lucky. The christmas bag is also amazing, you have to love Cath Kidston and for us poor people who can't get to Tescos easily, it makes more sense to let you know that I love christmas lots, because it means...
*The Birmingham German Christmas Market with pretzels as big as my head and steaming mugs of glugwein
*I get to eat lots of food that I don't normally even buy let alone cook
*Christmas decorations. They make me smile and I am a veritable kid in a candy store. Favourties this year include habitat's teapots and Cath Kidston's laqueur birds
*Baking and the smell of cinnamon floating through the house
*Champagne with my dad for breakfast - no-one else in our house likes it and it adds to the the niceness of being home for Christmas
Rhiannon x
Our Tesco doesn't have those bags, I better enter your giveaway ;-)
You are a crazy give-away queen. I love to win and I am in the mood for the xmas season. I bought some new music the other day...definitely early for me!
What a great giveaway. Haven't won anything yet, but you never know. It will be great for Christmas.
Anna
what i love about Christmas this year is the fact that i will not be expected to build, paint, sand or move plasterboard for ONE WHOLE DAY.
...it is almost too exciting :)
t x
What is not to love about Christmas?! Any excuse to deck the halls and sing carols is fine by me:)
Please pick me!!!! I love Christmas as it is the one time of year i get to go home and see my mum and dad and get pressies. Two of my absolutley favourite things in the world!!
oh oh am I too late!!
I love christmas because I like getting presents... no I mean I like giving them, and I like eating cake... I mean baking the cake (although I never manage to do so in time and it is hastily thrown together (by me or the shop)and I like looking on blogs to see how fantastic everyones houses look whilst bemoaning the state of mine!!
