I just signed up for 2 PIFs...one on Clare's blog and the other on Natasha's ...which means I need to have one too. Actually, I should have 2, but I'm going to cheat a little bit. The first 6 names (rather than the usual 3) will get a little handmade something from me in the next 365 days. It'll be much sooner than that, the only condition is to do one of your own. If you have a blog have your own Pay It Forward, and spread a little handmade loveliness to 3 people, and if you don't have a blog, do something nice for 3 others.
