Summersadie is organising a fantastic sounding quilting bee, where you start with a block, and end up with a quilt top.
I've signed up (well, you can't join too many quilting bees, can you?).
Won't you join me?
Plus a heads up - I have a few more books ready for destash part 2, including quilting for dummies, crochet patterns for dummies and a Denyse Schmidt quilts book. I'll list them after the school run on Wednesday morning, ok? Just in case anyone is interested.

can I virtually lay in front of your door in my virtual sleepingbag for the denyse schmidt book on wednesdaymorning? :D Quilting bee sounds great. Maybe if I was a better quilter I would join in...
Yay! Thanks for spreading the word!
Thank you for the link, I hope I am not to late!
What a cool idea! Thanks for the link!
I'd be interested in quilting for dummies! Bought the knitting one and it's a great reference book.
Gosh you do know how to keep busy Katy!
Thanks for the heads up Katy, I'd LOVE the crochet for dummies book, I'm determined to learn how to crochet this year. I've got heaps of extra Aussie P&Q mags and would be happy to send you some as a kinda stash exchange if you'd like? Thanks for the link, not sure if I should sign up for anything else atm. What's happening with the two a month swap? Hugs, Kelly :-)
I signed up for the quilt around the world. It's going to be fun to see what comes out of this project as well as taking a look at other quilters work.
Katy, I think you should get some manic swap award. It makes me tired looking at your to do list. The quilt you took to Spain looks fab, I'm sure there were envious looks from the Spaniards.
^^ nice blog!! ^@^
