I realised I hadn't actually shown this off properly since it was finished (ages ago!)
If you want to see the pics better just click on them and it'll take you to my flickr and you can view 'em big. That's if you want to see my scrawny arm up close, of course (which I am not sure I do).
This sleeve and the frog prince on my leg are by Saira Hunjan who works out of Goodtimes in Shoreditch, London.

looks amazing!
Love every one of them! Especially the bee, your sleeve is kickin!
If I ever get a tattoo it will be by Saira Hunjan. I love her work so much! Your sleeve is great.
Its like having fabric permanently on your arm. I just love the colors.
My mum dropped in that blogger's meetup shindig in SLC and she was mesmerized by your tatoos. She asked me later if I knew "the girl with the scissors tattoo" and when I said yes and mentioned that you were also the source of some great Cath Kidston loot, she decided you were just about the coolest quilter ever.
Wow! They're so beautiful! I clicked the link and had a quick look at Saira's site - it seems that all her work is amazing!
Ouch. If I wasn't such a sissy, I'd get a (tiny) bluebird tattoo. Probably because my hubby told me he never wanted me to, which made me only want one all the more. Apparently, not badly enough to brave the needles that completely terrify me, because the closest I've ever gotten to a tattoo was when I forgot to put the lid on my fabric marker after tracing embroidery patterns and some got on my arm.
I know. I flirt with wild and crazy. :-) I'll just admire yours instead. You got any bluebirds on those arms??
Anyway, I need to drop you a note to tell you how spectacular your FWQAL blocks look. I have an obsession for Liberty fabrics and keep a keen eye to see people use them in creative ways. I have toyed with the idea of joining this quilt along (which I have NO TIME for) as I have so enjoyed seeing the blocks pop up all over blog land. But, when I saw yours, my heart raced. Truly, they are magnificent. I hope you will continue to show more as you go!!
Fun, looking great!
Saira is seriously talented! Her shading work is outstanding and your arm is drop dead gorgeous!
love the bee!
Wow! They are amazing! That tattoo place is right near where i work. Wish i was brave enough to have something done.x
I <3 LOve <3 your owl tattoo!
This is absolutely stunning! I went to look at all of her tattoos and they are all beautiful!
YOu!! I have been on a blog diet... you know, so I can do other things beside consume the creativity of others.... but GORGE!!! These tat pics ARE GORGEOUS!!! That bee!! I love it. I need some color, I need a bee... I have missed your colorful awesomeness, I guess I will have to get back on the blog train... or at least eating up all of your colorful creativity. :)
I saw you at the blogger's meet up in SLC. I was not cool enough to come talk to you. I would love for you to show of you other arm. I have been telling people about it since I first saw it. I am thinking if I got one it would be like yours "sew or die". I did after about ten minutes of clicking through your flicker group find picturs of that one, and you were thinking of adding something more. I think you need a tomato pin cushion, I think it would be fabulous.
Lovely!!
